FAQ

Q: Can I ship gift rolls to multiple addresses?

A: As of right now you can only send your gift rolls to one gift address. If you are looking to send gift rolls to multiple different orders, you will have to process each order separately.

Q: Can I order prints and then delete those photos from Instagram?

A: We pull all of our images to print directly from Instagram's servers. So if you delete your images from instagram, we can no longer print that photo. We suggest waiting until you receive your prints before deleting any photos!

Q: What type of paper are your photos printed on? PrintBoxes?

A: We use a Fujicolor Crystal Archive premium quality luster finish photo paper made by Fujifilm to print our 4x4 prints. Our PrintBoxes use museum quality canvas. The boxed frame is made of 100% real wood and inspected for quality before being shipped.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation email?

A: Yes! Upon processing your order you will receive a confirmation email with details about your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email and let us know.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do currently ship internationally. Canadian orders will have a $4 flat rate shipping cost. All other international orders will have a flat rate shipping cost of $8.

Q: How long will it take for my prints to arrive?(excluding international)

A: All of our shipping is through First Class USPS. Your prints typically arrive within 7 working days. International orders can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. This currently is the only shipping option for international orders.

*Since we ship via USPS First Class we are not supplied with tracking numbers for your packages. Be sure to double check your address and make sure everything is entered correctly. This is especially important when ordering internationally.
